OnTheRacks is a fashion, lifestyle, beauty and travel blog, launched by Laura Ellner in 2009. She shares her love for fashion, lifestyle, words, wine and wandering through quality personal style posts. Laura updates OnTheRacks with professionally shot photographs, accompanied by well-written copy, several times per week. Laura also founded UNRACKEDmarketing.com, after working full time in the fashion and lifestyle industries for established brands as a digital marketer on the Manager or Director level. UNRACKED is an all-encompassing digital marketing collective of creatives, focused on helping young brands thrive. Her primary focus is on social media and strategy development, and her knowledge has helped her build an authentic, engaged audience on her various personal channels for OnTheRacks. Laura has been featured in the New York Times, Glamour Magazine, Teen Vogue, Nylon, and many other publications (online and print). She was a long-time member of the MODE Network as an "Insider" contributing content and engaging in multiple sponsored opportunities with established companies. She has also worked with publications like Refinery29.com, TheCut.com, LuckyMag.com and many more and engaged in partnerships with brands such as Frederick Fekkai, GUESS, Target, HALSTON Heritage, Bigen Hair Color, NastyGal, Rebecca Minkoff, and dozens of others. Laura does not work with an agency nor is she committed to 3rd party representation of any kind, as she prides herself on maintaining full control over her content and sees the importance of establishing lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with the companies she partners with.
